Pradeep is a civil engineer by profession with about twenty five years of real time experience in civil construction. He is also the Managing Partner of the group, K C Den & Co., an ‘A’ class contracting firm. The projects undertaken and executed by the firm include various works in Idukki Hydro Electric Project, Kerala PWD and Irrigation Department Projects. The recently completed projects include Petronet Project, Thrippunithura Government Arts College, Piravom Government Hospital, Maradu Municipality office complex and various houses and flats in and around Ernakulam.
THE ARCHiTECT
SILPI’ is a multidisciplinary firm involved in Architecture, Planning, Landscape & Interior designing lead by Ar. Sebastian Jose, a post graduate from the School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi. Silpi has a team of highly qualified professionals including Architects, Engineers, Planners and Interior Designers. The firm has won several awards including IIA State Awards, Vanitha Veedu Architecture Awards, Asianet Dream Home Awards, Mathrubhumi Mastercraft etc. on several occasions. Silpi is known for the functional, creative, contextual and environmentally sensitive design solutions and was selected as one of the India’s Top 50 upcoming practices by Architects & Interiors India in 2013.
